Yethu Bakery is a well established Full Line Wholesale Bakery. Our bakery bakes from scratch every day of the year using fine ingredients and traditional methods.

Yethu Bakery offers a tailored baking service whereby some of our customers have products made to their own specification, hereby offering a very personal baking service to each and every client.

Our confectionery, croissants, pastries, desserts, cakes, rolls and breads are all made by hand from the finest ingredients and our customers include the Corporate, Hospitality and Retail Industries.

Our pastry chefs and bakers create products that we are proud of, daily, under the guidance of a classically trained production manager who honed his skills in the United States as the apprentice of Gilles Renusson, a Master Pastry Chef, founder of the United States Pastry Alliance and former coach of the United States National Pastry Team.
